50 fans for full-color printed styles; smaller keepsake runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No — we regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for festivals and campaigns.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes. We can send a pre-production proof or a sample fan before a bulk run — ask us for terms.
Can I mix fan styles in one order?
Yes. Combine bamboo, plastic, sequin, and premium fans in one order to reach volume pricing.
Can I reorder and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork and specs on file so repeat runs match exactly.
Design & Artwork
Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve — we only charge at production.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) is ideal. Don’t have vector? Send a photo or PNG and we recreate it print-ready, free.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Our designers can build print-ready artwork from a reference, a rough idea, or a mood board.
Can you match my Pantone colors?
Yes. We match brand colors on the printed panel and match rib colors from our stock range.
Can you print a rainbow or Pride design?
Absolutely — full-color dye-sublimation reproduces rainbow gradients and Pride flags cleanly, edge to edge.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the design.
Production & Shipping
How long does production take?
3 weeks from your approved mockup.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes — rush is available for firm deadlines like Pride weekends and tour dates. Tell us your in-hand date.
Where do you ship?

How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes — send a distribution list and we’ll split the shipment.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or doesn’t match your approved mockup, we remake the affected fans.
Pricing & Payment
How much do custom clacking fans cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run around $6–$18 / fan at MOQ, dropping as quantity rises.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, fan style, and decoration — a quote is the accurate number for your run.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus ACH and purchase orders for established organizations.
Do you offer a lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it.
Product & Care
What colors and finishes are available?
Black, White, Red, Hot Pink, Purple, Royal Blue, Teal, Gold, Silver, Holographic, full-color print, and rainbow / Pride print.
Is the printing durable?
Yes. Dye-sublimation bonds the ink into the fabric, so it won’t peel or crack and stays vivid with use.
What are the fans made of?
Bamboo, polypropylene, hardwood, or a sequin panel, depending on the style — each with a printed fabric or satin panel.
How do I care for them?
Wipe the panel with a damp cloth and let it air dry; open and close gently to protect the ribs.
