Shipping Policy

Every order from Custom Clacking Fans is custom-printed and made to order, so production begins only after you approve your mockup.

Production typically runs about 3 weeks from approved mockup. Estimated ship dates vary by order size, decoration, and current volume; rush options are available for firm deadlines — ask us for a date.

Shipping costs are quoted per order based on quantity and destination. We ship nationwide across the US and can arrange international shipping on request. Delivery estimates are provided at quote time and are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking is provided once your order ships. If you need delivery to multiple addresses, send a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment.

Timelines are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and factors outside our control. We’ll always keep you updated on the status of your order.
