Return Policy

Because every fan is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

The one safeguard: if an order arrives defective or does not match the mockup you approved, we will remake or replace the affected fans at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return.

This is exactly why our process includes a free mockup and unlimited revisions before production — you sign off on the design, colors, and layout before we make anything, so there are no surprises.

If something isn’t right with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at george@customclackingfans.com with your order details and photos, and we’ll make it right.
